FIS 2025 unveils the keys to franchise expansion at the Metropolitano on March 25

The official presentation event, which will mark the starting point for this year's edition, will take place at the same venue where the Franchise Innovation Summit 2025 will be held on October 15 and 16: the Riyadh Air Metropolitano Stadium in Madrid.

The event, promoted by the Spanish Franchise Association (AEF), remains committed to innovation and the dynamization of the franchise and retail sector. Additionally, it will once again have BBVA as the main sponsor, reaffirming the financial institution’s support for the growth and expansion of innovative business models.

Under the motto “BRANDS THAT IGNITE PASSIONS”, FIS 2025 will bring together entrepreneurs, business owners, investors, franchisors, CEOs, service companies, and professionals from the retail and franchise industries in an exclusive networking, training, and business opportunity space. This professional summit is consolidating itself as the must-attend event for the franchise ecosystem, offering a dynamic congress format and a showroom area where more than 120 brands and companies can maximize their visibility and profitability.

FIS 2025 will once again be the major professional reference event and the meeting point for the franchise sector in the Iberian region. This new edition will have a more international perspective, featuring a greater presence of brands and representatives from other countries, both European and Latin American. Furthermore, various Spanish municipalities will participate in the Cities and Franchise Forum, offering their cities as attractive destinations for franchise investment and business development, alongside the local business sector.

Among the thematic axes and activities that will be presented as major innovations at FIS 25 during its official presentation, highlights include those that will shape the Franchise Week in Madrid, featuring exclusive activities such as FranquiTour, a tour of the city's most successful franchises; the Emerging Franchise Marathon, showcasing the most innovative business models; and Gastrofranquicia, a tourist route through Madrid to discover the city's hidden gems through the major brands in the F&B sector. Ultimately, this event will serve as the starting point for an edition that promises to be more innovative and global than ever.
